The following are some unedited portions of unsolicited testimonials sent to Mighty Fraser Big Band

On behalf of my newly minted husband and I, we want to say thank you to you and your band for performing at our wedding a week ago. We realize the hard work, effort and time each and every one of you put in to play your best. Our wedding was a smashing success and you guys were the highlight of the night! Many guests came up to me to tell me how surprised they were to see a live band and that it really tied the night together.

We loved your performance! Let us know if you want us to leave a glowing review anywhere in particular.

This is Susan Gage,

Last Saturday night the Mighty Fraser Big Band performed at our Riverfest function.  You are an amazing group of musicians. I was very involved in the organizing of Riverfest and must admit that your band was more than I could imagine. I had many of our guests call me later to say how great your performance was. I am sure you will be very successful. I saw guests just stop what they were doing and listen to your music. Please pass along accolades to all of your members.
Also, I was wondering if by chance you might have a CD of your music, I would like to buy one if you do.
Again, thanks for making our Riverfest so successful. Cheers....

Thank you for the music.

We had the pleasure of attending the UBC Women's Club party on Nov 23.

The Mighty Fraser Big Band were there and their spirited playing of 1940's big band hits and jazz music was the highlight of the evening. The superb vocal skills of Katherine Grefner made it a memorable evening, as did the fact that the band really enjoys playing, are very skilled and put their heart into the music.

I can't wait to hear the band play Tommy Dorsey's Song of India - will have to invite them to an event at some point in the future!

Dear MFBB,

It’s not often we take the time to write letters of appreciation. I wanted to extend our thanks for coming and playing at our annual Chairman’s Dinner. The Mighty Fraser Big Band was the best entertainment we have ever had at our annual event. I would highly recommend your group to any function that wanted to add an touch of class along with some great 'danceable' music. Please don’t hesitate to pass my name and number to anyone looking for a reference. I look forward to seeing you all again at another function.

Best Regards,
